WOW!!! These are just as I remember them, lots of fun, very durable and great for teaching colours, numbers and balancing!!!!

My little fellow loves playing with these, he's 3 and we play counting games, balancing games, colour games and make things with them!!

Hours of good clean fun to be had with these!!!!

One of the best (and cheapest) things I have ever bought and believe me i've been through lots of toys. had so much fun with these bought another one for friends little one. Takes them through lots of stages and ages stacking and the best bit knocking them down, (which pleases my 9 month old) learning colours, counting and threading. (which my 3 year old with development delays has really enjoyed) Great value for money.

Bought this for my one year old, it's a good price and will have a long shelf-life. He loves it now - he plays with the reels individually, they're good for little hands and there are lots of ways we can play in the future, they can be used for learning colours, stacking, rolling, threading, banging together etc. They're also good for slipping into a bag for a bit of entertainment on the move as they're quite versatile and quite compact. Recommend.

    I bought it for my 6 year-old grandson and he loves it. While I agree that the contents appeared to be disappointing in view of the size of the box, it has proved to be great value. My grandson has had hours of enjoyment from it and has produced some amazing creations, stimulating both his dexterity and his ability to explain verbally what he has created and what it does. I recommend it for any creative child.

    My grandchildren love lego and I bought this for my grandson's 6th birthday. I did worry about the reviews saying how little stuff there was but I went with the best review that said the box had been a great success. It was a good move. Once past the intial surprise at the smallness of the bag of bits inside a relatively large box the bags were opened and within a couple of mins he, his elder brother (7) and I had worked out how the bits connected. From then it needed almost no adult intervention and was in constant use for the rest oif the day. There were a number of suggested models and these were built very quickly; I wait with interest to see if they can adapt and create their own models in the future. The pieces are small and fiddly but they had less problem than I did handling them - smaller and more nimble fingers I think. For a child that enjoys lego and building things it is great and the large box allows the part built models to be stored safely. However I would not... Read more
